Part-Time position Monday to Friday 1pm - 5pm
We are a friendly, small and busy Insolvency Practice and would like someone who can integrate well and be a valued team member to work in our modern, stylish office in High Barnet.
Must have:
GCSE Maths and English
IT Skills = Microsoft Word and Excel, with training provided on our Insolvency Practitioners Specialist software program and Virtual Cabinet (virtual filing system)
Must have a confident telephone manner and will assist in general office duties including:
- Sending circulars
- Scanning and filing documents to Virtual Cabinet which you will be trained on
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Data entry on IPS which you will be trained on
- Carrying out inventories of client records
- Assisting Case Administrators and Managers with day to day tasks
Salary:
£8,000 to £11,000 per year
