An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified, positive and dynamic individual to join a leading supplier dedicated to excellence as a Structural Design Technician.

The company operates based on pioneering inventions that allow them to provide creativefreedom and reliability to clients and customers.


Duties of the role:

  • Providing clear and augmented construction designs clearly specifying the company product.
  • Formulating site schedules and construction drawings enabling accurate location and installation of products.
  • Interpret drawing and offer solutions to potential issues or queries.
  • Assist on site when required.
  • Share responsibility with others to maximise the business profits and success.

You must:

  • Hold a ONC/HNC level qualification with proven work in structural principles.
  • Have an excellent working knowledge and technology skills of AutoCAD, Revit and additional software including Microsoft Office packages and engineering software such as FEM or Thermal Imaging.
  • Show high levels of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understand optimising designs in a commercial environment.
  • Work well within a team, supporting all individuals and teams.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
  • Function strongly within a high pressure, fast paced environment.
Experience in an engineering discipline would be advantageous and Graduates would be considered for the role. The role is based in Bicester but may require travel to the Head Office in Germany for training.

The company will also provide a laptop, health insurance and pension scheme.
