Main Purpose of Job:
To provide high quality, service-focused and efficient financial and programme-related administration to support the smooth running of The Tower Project's online training and development programmes, working closely with Service Managers and Human Resources.
As Training Administrator, you will take ownership of day-to-day training related administration, and to organise all training for the Tower Project.
Duties Include:
You will be expected to create manage and maintain all training records and databases containing all training information for each service.
To ensure accurate communication and development of the training programmes are in place.
You will be expected to maintain and deliver administration effectively and manage all training related queries.
Role:
As Training Administrator, you will be expected to be flexible in your approach to your work duties as occasionally your job role will be altered to help others complete their duties.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
