We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Disciplinary Pathway worker/CAMHS Practitioner who is enthusiastic, strong with a knowledge of working with children and adolescents with mental health and significant behavioural difficulties.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating care plans for children and young people, taking into consideration their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to develop and implement a coordinated treatment plan.
  • Delivering evidencebased interventions and therapeutic support to children and young people, promoting their emotional wellbeing and resilience.
  • Liaising with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care and support.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of children and young people, adjusting interventions and care plans as necessary.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
  • Providing consultation and support to colleagues, promoting best practices in working with children and young people.

Shift Pattern:


  • Mon
  • Fri 9am 5pm

Applicant requirements:


  • Registered Mental Health Nurse(RMN) with a valid Pin
  • Experience working with children and young people within a community mental health service
  • Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health assessments and care plans
  • Ability to work autonomously and make clinical decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with children, young people their families and external stakeholders
  • Dedicated and committed
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Live in travelling distance to the area
