Residential Conveyancer - Hybrid - Up to £40,000

What you will be doing

Managing a mixed and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
To include freehold and leasehold, shared ownership and new build
Manageable caseload sizes of between 60 and 70 files

What you will have

You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
You must be able to title check
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
The firm is technology led and therefore you must be a proficient user of a case management system

What you will receive

Up to £40k annual salary dependant on experience
