A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and ideas driven Head of Technology to work a outstanding school in Enfield North London.

You will have the support to ensure you are able to focus on delivering outstanding teaching and learning.

Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the school's mission and vision.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented team of technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of the school's technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
Educational Technology Integration: Collaborate with educators to integrate technology seamlessly into the curriculum, enhancing teaching and learning experiences.
Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in education to drive innovation within the institution.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Professional Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their technology skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within educational technology.
Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, systems, and software relevant to the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Visionary mindset with the ability to drive and implement technological initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
