Our client is poised for growth, and we need to recruit a Graduate Trainee to support their senior management team along the way.

They are looking for someone who can be the face of our company, providing attentive service at every turn.

Graduate Trainee Objectives

Gain a complete understanding of specific goals, objectives, and audiences
Help build a welldeveloped and highperforming team that works together collaboratively.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the company is providing consistently excellent products and services, and that the environment is inviting and supportive
Set daily team objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and sales goals
Monitor performance and report on progress
Adhere to company policies and procedures

Graduate Trainee
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Partner with senior manager to ensure quality sales, customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities
Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
Monitor customer and client satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems
Conduct sales, customer service and marketing on behalf of clients
