Property Procurement Officer, field based role in the Southampton area, offered as a permanent career opportunity, working Monday to Friday (40 hours) with an annual salary of £34,000 plus some exceptional employee benefits.

As this is a mobile role youwill need a Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle (expenses paid).


As Property Procurement Officer you will be responsible for managing you own case load, able to arrange and plan meetings, provide updates on availability of properties, to arrange and deliver tenancy agreements and ensure that all administration is maintainedand made accessible to several professional bodies.

Working closely with The Regional Operational Manager and Head of Procurement, you will manage performance, work to expected targets and ensure that all necessary due diligence and compliance has been managedto the expected standards.


As a Property Procurement Officer, you will have gained previous employment experience in the world of estate agency, social housing and/or local authority, able to evidence a strong understanding of this sector and how to procure and enable new housingoptions.

Your negotiation, valuation and property listing experience will be fully utilised in this role, along with your excellent verbal, MS Office and Systems plus exceptional written communication skills.
