Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic company in their search for a Digital and Content Marketing Executive to join their dynamic, enthusiastic and professional marketing team You will be responsible for the brand online, actively supporting the marketing team with creative ideas to achieve the most impact from consumers.


DAY TO DAY:


  • Develop and manage creative and impactful content across all digital channels to nurture audiences throughout the customer journey from unaware to purchase, advocacy and retention. This includes website material, blogs, video, social media, webinars, podcasts and thought leadership
  • Build and maintain a relationship with influencers and content creators
  • Lead the social media strategy and daytoday activities including content generation (using Canva and inhouse studio), monitoring, scheduling (using HubSpot), and community engagement
  • Drive growth and engagement within all social media channels
  • Manage all websites alongside the development team and manage SEO (organic and paid content) to gain optimum ranking and ROI
  • Design and build WordPress/ HubSpot landing pages in staging site using NicePage builder
  • Liaise with external development teams to implement digital platform integrations and monitor errors or data discrepancies
  • Define and develop relevant metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of digital marketing activities alongside the CRM & Data Executive
  • Work alongside CRM and Data Executive to monitor and analyse website performance, and make changes to improve conversion and wider business goals

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:


  • Previous digital marketing experience (minimum 4 years)
  • Selfmotivated individual who loves the digital world with creative outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to follow processes
  • Experience using Canva or similar to produce creatives
  • Strong background in digital marketing including SEM, paid and social
  • Excellent copywriting skills
With a salary of £32,000

Working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
