Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet with potential new business clients to discuss their employee benefits program needs and to explain how our products can help them.
  • Answer clients' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses and assist them in making product selections based on their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with your sales team colleagues to exchange information as required, such as selling strategies and assistance or marketing information.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals that explain product features and benefits.

Qualities We're Seeking:

  • Track record of past successes is a must, even if not workrelated; a high achiever.
  • The ability to fit in quickly and easily in new environments.
  • Excellence in time management/efficiency.
  • Adaptable: excellent at problemsolving; ability to "figure it out"
  • Coachable: humility to ask questions, admit you need help, and take coaching/feedback
  • Exceptional work ethic: drive, hunger, passion, goaloriented, desire to achieve

Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
