Description

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled worker to join a company specialising in Small planned works and reactive maintenance works.


Salary:
£32,000 to £35,000 (DOE)

You will be carrying out maintenance and small works across Railway, Local Authority, Health and Education sectors.

Some of the works you will be expected to carry out are Door Locks, Ceiling tile replacements, windows, painting and decorating, fencing,flooring and inspections aswell as general multi trades works.


Start:

ASAP

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am till 5.30pm (Average hours)

You will be on call 1 in every 6 weeks for the full week outside of the core hours (evening and weekend)

Due to the nature of the works, you will be required to travel and commute between works across London and the Home Counties


Requirements:


  • Full UK Driving License with 1 year's experience due to insurance
  • Willing to travel
  • Strong background in a multiskilled role
  • Reactive maintenance background
  • General building
  • CSCS card advantage but not essential
  • Flexible and happy to travel
