Our workshop shares a space with our office and showroom, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Our creations grace renowned cathedrals worldwide, have been featured in Coronations, and have adorned the sets of various films.

The Role

We are in search of a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at our London office on a full-time basis. This role offers a stimulating and diverse environment with ample room for personal and professional growth. You will gain insight into a broad range of products, from custom-made clothing to luxurious textiles and our meticulously crafted vestments. Since some items are customized, your assistance in guiding clients through the design process will be vital. Additionally, overseeing the production process within our on-site workshop will be part of your responsibility, ensuring seamless progress and providing clients with regular updates.

Duties

  • Collaborating with clients to fulfill intricate orders based on their preferences and financial constraints, handling invoicing, and overseeing production processes.
  • Assisting customers with measurements and fittings to guarantee a perfect fit.
  • Managing stock levels, communicating with the Showroom Manager about low stock, and ordering replenishments.
  • Initiating purchase orders and organizing fabric samples.
  • Maintaining a tidy and appealing showroom.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Starting from £25,000.00 per annum

  • Relocation to London prior to commencing employment (mandatory)
