• Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and programs for children in the nursery room
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Supervise and monitor children at all times to ensure their safety and wellbeing
• Provide guidance and support to assistant nursery staff
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other nursery staff to create a cohesive and positive learning environment

• Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the children and the nursery program
