Assembly Operative/Bench Hand - Stockport


Our client is looking for an experienced Assembly operative who has good experience of using power tools, assembling goods, within the wood working field is an advantage.


  • Pay Rate
  • Dependant on exp
  • Hours with early finish on a Friday

Responsibilities of the Assembly Operative

  • Assembling goods using power tools
- fitting locks

  • Bench hand work
  • Working to drawings

Requirements of the Assembly Op

  • Attention to detail.
  • Assembly exp
  • Working power tools
  • Experience of working with wood
  • Able to provide refs

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Overtime Available
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
