Description

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to work for a successful builder's merchant in Cheshire. Our client is looking for someone who is customer service focused, highly motivated and keen to succeed.

The Role:

Working with customers to provide detailed quotations
Purchasing materials and managing the stock levels for all items within the branch
Speaking with customers face to face and over the phone
Dealing with queries and questions over the phone and in person
Working closely with other team members and departments
Providing outstanding customer service at all times
Guiding customers through the range of products
Continuing to learn the industry and maintaining levels of product knowledge
Taking a proactive approach and upselling where possible
Proactively developing relationships with clients, customers, and internal staff
Proven experience within sales
Knowledge of the building merchant industry
Confident working within a customer faced role
Someone who takes pride in themselves and their work
Ability to work under pressure
Outstanding customer service skills
Selfmotivated, keen, and hard working
Energetic, welcoming, and friendly

The Benefits:

A starting salary of up to £35,000 DOE

This is a permanent role, working five out of seven days, including Saturdays. Working hours are between 7am-5pm in the week and 7.30am-12pm on Saturdays.
