POSITION - Operations Support Administrator

RESPONSIBLE FOR - Review & submit subcontractor invoices and to take on the role of focal point for client timesheet queries

RESPONSIBILITY WILL INVOLVE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Focal point for PAYE and sub-contractor's timesheet queries.
  • Raising POs for Sub-Contractors, Agency workers and support training team commercially.
  • Submitting reviewed Sub-Contractor invoices to Commercial Manager for approval.
  • Submission of approved Invoices to Head Office.
  • Support wider commercial team.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Nat 5 / GCSE
  • Maths & English.

SKILLS:

  • Microsoft package

Problem Solving

KNOWLEDGE- Extensive experience and familiarity with financial administration tools including Microsoft Office Excel

EXPERIENCE - Experience of commercial administration within a construction related company

QUALIFICATIONS - City & Guilds Qualification or NVQ In admin / business
