Helping Hands has been established for over 30 years and throughout that time our Senior Leadership Team have played a vital part in the success of the business.

We're now looking for a new SLT Administrator to support this vital part of the business.

Working from our support office in Alcester, the post holder will work closely with the Group Managing Director's Executive Assistant and be task driven, to provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, to facilitate the best use of their time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the SLT with tasks to be more efficient by devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Managing the work schedules for the SLT
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Occasional travel to any branch location/region to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Organising and maintaining diaries booking conference calls, making appointments, setting up ways of working

Who You Are
To be successful in this role you'll need to have

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • You'll also need to be a driver and have access to your own vehicle
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
