Personal Injury Claims Handler:
Tonbridge, Kent (Hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 days from home), Full time, Salary up to £29,700

Jigsaw Recruitment are working alongside a well respected and forward thinking Claims Management Company, our client is looking to recruit a Personal injury Claims Handler to join their team in Tonbridge, Kent

Sound knowledge of Motor Claims, particularly third-party claims, experience of dealing with Fast Track personal Injury claims within the MOJ portal and OIC, Strong negotiations and persuasion skills
The Role

To help maintain your team's Portfolio customers.

Continuously monitor own work to ensure you are working effectively and delivering market leading cost control and excellent customer service.

Skills and Experience Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven negotiation skills
Capability to vary approach
Ability to prioritise; recognising the importance and urgency to work to tight deadlines
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to take on increased ownership and responsibility when necessary
The ability to work individually and proactively, as well as part of a team
Ability to undertake and embrace new tasks/roles as required
Helpfulness and a passion for customer service, High energy levels, Positive approach, Team player, Drive and enthusiasm for meeting targets, Empathy and understanding, Confidence & a professional attitude
Sound knowledge of Motor Claims, particularly third party claims
Experience of dealing with Fast Track personal Injury claims within the MOJ portal and OIC
Strong negotiations and persuasion skills
Knowledge and experience of the CPR
Knowledge of the ABI GTA and how to deal with credit hire claims outside of the GTA guidelines
Secondary education or equivalent with demonstrable ability in numeracy skills and written English
