We are searching for

In Room Bar Attendant / Stock Controller to join our team at Chateau Denmark.

Where back of house takes centre stage, along a street filled with iconic architecture, our Goods Receiver connects the good times with the right ingredients.

Your profile

Passionate for delivering excellent customer experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and also as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and suppliers.
Previous stock management experience, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fastpaced environment.

Your duties

Receive and pass on all goods and deliveries in and out of the buildings to the storage area.
Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity, recording any discrepancies or damages.
Communicate with suppliers regarding any issues with deliveries or discrepancies.
Identify slow moving items to avoid over purchasing.
Maintain exclusive control over deliveries and stock counts (snack, beverages and miscellaneous).
Stocking in room bars, maintaining inventory, organising orders, and billing guests.
Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk staff to coordinate room turnover and guest needs
Distribution of goods to the required destination.
Daily spot checks of stock in storage areas.
Assist with monthly stock counts.
Assist and support Team Members, Managers and the wider Department in a team environment.
Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
