As a ProSpeed Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in representing the ProSpeed brand and providing expert advice to customers on a range of roof racks, helping them find the right solution to enhance their lifestyle and outdoor experiences.

• In time be able to demonstrate indepth knowledge of ProSpeed products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, providing personalised recommendations and solutions.
• Offer guidance on product compatibility and configurations options based on customers' vehicles.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment.

• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Passion for outdoor activities is preferred.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in a retail environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency using pointofsale systems.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items such as roof racks.
