Assembly Operative

£10.83 Per hour

Hythe

Must drive due to remote location


Our client, a manufacturing client based in Hythe, are looking to take on an Assembly Operative on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who value all of their employees and offer training and progression.

The core hours are 7.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday with overtime often available on Fridays. The hourly rate for this role is £10.83.

Due to the remote location of our client, you must be a driver and have access to a vehicle.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Work on the various stages of the production line to assemble our clients' products
  • Packing and palletising the finished products
  • Quality inspections
  • Keep workspace clean and tidy
  • Report any issues to your supervisor

Personal specification

  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is desirable
  • Must drive due to remote location
  • A good level of physical fitness
  • Be able to follow instruction
