Your role

  • Do you have physical security skills and knowhow to design and ensure implementation of physical protection systems? Are you a security risk management specialist? Can you identify physical security risks and provide effective security advice to ensure remediation of security vulnerabilities or deficiencies?
  • We're looking for a physical security specialist to:
  • provide specialist advice to business stakeholders in making risk-informed decisions on physical security matters
- manage and investigate physical security incidents, and report them in accordance with the established procedures
- conduct security review and testing activity to ensure that physical security controls and individual security layers are functioning in accordance with the global minimum requirements and / or regional directives
- drive innovation and development of physical security systems
- deliver ongoing physical security education and awareness to staff
- manage and create travel security risk assessments
- identify and propose solutions for addressing physical security control gaps
- support service efficiency improvements working closely with our vendors/partners


Your team

  • You'll be working in the Regional Security Services team in London. We're responsible for
- delivering operational security management within the EMEA region through monitoring and tracking relevant security threats, intervening or escalating where appropriate to ensure that arising risks are mitigated. As a physical security specialist, you'll play an important role in acting as a direct contact and problem solver for business partners.

Your expertise

  • Your expertise previous exposure to physical security and risk management processes and procedures, ideally 5 years of experience working in a corporate security department
- good understanding of what it takes to provide security risk management advice within a global organization

  • Knowledge of travel security risks and possession of travel management skills
- recognized degree in a security risk management discipline
- knowledge and experience of the financial sector and regulatory environment
- excellent communication skills
- motivated, known for getting projects done and keeping to timelines
