What you will be doing

  • Training: Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices to support the sales teams. Creating coaching schedule for the year.
  • Leading adoption and best practices of Sales Tools; Own the Sales tools to improve the sales experience and help to achieve sales goals. facilitate a seamless selling and growth process

Process Improvements:
Work with Sales teams to discover issues with current processes, then research and implement potential solutions.

Work with cross-functional groups to drive improvements in areas and processes that are not in direct controlof, but still impact, the Sales organization.


  • Onboarding: Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the onboarding experience for new members of the global sales team.
  • Organizing meetings, communications, and virtual sessions for the global sales organization including SKO and midyear review.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience in sales enablement, revenuefacing roles, sales training, or sales support
  • Experience working with Sales Tools such as Outreach, Ambition, Zoominfo, Gainsight or similar plug ins
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales, and marketing
  • Selfstarters able to operate in a fastpaced setting with competing and everchanging tasks
