£36k-£40k Base Salary + Van + Bonus + Benefits

West London / SW London area

Alecto Recruitment Ltd are currently working on behalf of one of the market leaders in property maintenance and supplying multiple trades and services to high-end residential clients in areas such as Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington.

Job Role:

Joining the business as a
Multi Trade Craftsman, you will be capable and have experience of a range of skills including carpentry, painting & decorating, plumbing, plastering and minor brickwork.

With our client providing an exceptional service to homeowners, landlords and tenants throughout some of the smartest properties in the area.

Some being multi-million pound properties.

To Be Considered For The Role You Must:

Hold the relevant experience and qualifications such as; NVQ or City and Guilds certificates.
Have a background and experience in particular with carpentry.
Come from a background in property maintenance and the multi trade sector.
Live commutable to the West London or South West London area.
