We are Looking to recruit a senior care assistant for Bryden House

we are a 30 Bedded Nursing and residential Home catering for Nursing, Residential, Palliative and respite care

The Job will involve

Assisting with Personal care
Assisting with Diet and fluids
Manual handling ( Hoist transfers)
Documentation daily notes and supporting documentation

- reporting concerns to the nurse in charge

Care plans evaluating each month and writing and amending care plans as required
Supervisions and Appraisal to allocated care staff
Assisting in meetings regarding the residents with social workers and other members of the Muti disciplinary team
Adhering to policies and procedures
Supporting the team
Leading and delegating jobs
Allocation of breaks and areas / jobs to be completed when on shift
Attending Mandatory training
Audits
Administration of medicine

MEDICATION TRAINING will be provided.

We are looking for someone with has had experience in Nursing homes, and has a NVQ level 3 ideally but this is not essential.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and to work weekends if required. The individual must have the right to work in UK

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
£11.42 per hour
