My client Is a large financial organisation based In Birmingham City Centre and have an opportunity available for an Employee Relations Specialist to join the ER Function.


As Employee Relations Specialist you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to the HRBP across all ER activity across organisation.


  • Enjoy managing a range of operational HR and ER issues
  • Are well versed In employment law and experienced with implementing organisational change, including TUPE, acquisitions, divestments, redundancy
  • Excellent organisational capability and an ability to work with and use data to shape systems and process
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or above

An overview the Employee Relations Specialist role Includes:

  • Providing guidance and support on complex disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Identifying and developing ER KPI's to measure and analyse team performance
  • Support on organisational change requirements, including TUPE and M&A activities
  • Upskilling HR Business Partners and the wider HR team on best practice
  • Nurturing internal/external relationships to keep ahead of emerging trends, ideas and industry/sector insights
  • Supporting on the development and updates to ER policy ensuring advice provided is based on current ER policy
Key Information about the Employee Relations Specialist role Includes:

Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
