Juice are presently collaborating with a reputable company based in Bradford.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Administrator.


The Production Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the production department by efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

The Role:


  • Working closely with planners, suppliers, production, goods in and technical.
  • Handle daytoday administrative tasks within the production department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, such as inventory levels, production schedules, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in coordinating production schedules and workflows to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Communicate effectively with production staff to relay information regarding schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Assist in maintaining quality standards by participating in quality control checks and inspections.
  • Document and report any quality issues or deviations from standards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries and external vendors or suppliers related to production activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the production department.
  • Propose and implement solutions to streamline administrative workflows and enhance productivity.

About You:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems or production management software is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
