We are now seeking a Rehoming and Welfare Coordinator to join this team.

Within this role, you will be required to provide exceptional customer service within our Rehoming remit. You will play a vital role in effectively coordinating the smooth and expeditious journey of cats through Battersea.

What we can offer you

Working with our dogs and cats

We are here for every dog and cat. Within our operational roles, this means providing the highest level of care and husbandry to our animals. Every day will be different and will sometimes involve emotionally challenging situations.

Battersea has created an ethos of open conversations and carefully curated wellbeing initiatives to support our employees handling these scenarios.

It is also important to note that the role is very physical and does involve a lot of manual tasks which are required to provide the exceptional standards of care to our animals.

We ask you consider these aspects of the role carefully before applying.

Diversity and inclusion

At Battersea, we are committed to developing and supporting a diverse workforce and inclusive culture in all aspects of our organisation.

We aim to ensure that this pledge, reinforced by our values, is embedded in our day-to-day working practices and our work together.

More about us

At Battersea, we aim to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help.

We give each one lots of love, expert care and get to know their characters and quirks so we can find them a new home that's just right for them.

Join us and help us be here for every dog and cat, wherever they are, for as long as they need us.
