Description:

This role will require someone with a keen eye for details as they will be inspecting a range of properties across the company's portfolio to ensure these properties are being well maintained and looked after by the tenants.

The individual would ideally have some prior experience in the property industry and be able to demonstrate an awareness of property defects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Undertaking detailed property inspections, considering all internal and external aspects of the property
Liaising with the Property Management team in relation to any inspection issues you have noted.
Booking inspections and diary management.
Establishing and maintaining excellent communication with the Property Management Team, Branches and tenants where required.
Proactive & highly organised approach to work. You will also need to be flexible as there will be periods where you will need to assist with office cover in an administrative support role.

It is essential for this role that you are able to drive, and have both a suitable vehicle and clean driving licence.
