We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO of a start-up agency.

She is EMCC Accredited Psycho-Spiritual Coach, Music Industry Mental Health Specialist, Co-Founder of the charity Music Support and Co Author of The Music Manager's Guide to Mental Health.

She has worked in the industry for 20+ years and it has been her passion.


Until her other passion emerged:

creating space, tools, services and community for people in the Music / Entertainment industry experiencing personal, relational or systemic challenges.


She is a mum of a 13-year-old boy, part time doggy mum of Honey and Landlady and needs assistance across all her business ventures and some personal tasks.


This is an amazing opportunity to enhance your career if you are interested in the coaching and mental health space in the Music and Entertainment industry.


Knows how to use:

  • Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Canva
  • Kajabi
  • Linkedin
  • Instagram
  • Tic Tok/Reels
  • Can assist with social media content creation
  • Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
  • Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
  • Making travel and hotel arrangements
  • Planning conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events
  • Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes, and subsequently distributing to all participants
  • Liaising with my colleagues/accountants etc and clients
  • Preparing expense reports, creating, and maintaining admin systems.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO TWICKENHAM TWICE A WEEK

YOU MUST HAVE 1 YEAR'S PA EXPERIENCE


Job Types:
Part Time - 9 Hours Per Week

6 Hours at her house in Twickenham, and 3 hours WFH

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 9 per week


Salary:
£12.00-£17.00 per hour
