Archbold is a family-owned business which recently celebrated its centenary.

A transport/logistics background is required for this role.

The position is Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week. The hours need to fit in with the operational requirements of the depot but there are no late nights, or night shift working. The shifts we will be mainly 6am-4pm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Full use of the Traffic Management System (Mandata) full training will be given
  • Manage and produce core customers KPI's
  • Scanning of all job POD's into the Mandata system
  • Answer telephones and deal with any administrative queries
  • Support weekly invoicing for the Depot.
  • Complete customer reports daily/weekly
  • Support the Traffic Planner and be able to cover holidays/absence
  • Checking suppliers timesheets and highlighting any queries.
  • Ensure that all customer rates are maintained and up to date in all IT systems as and when required.
  • General administration duties as required.
