Due to such hard work, they are on the lookout for an experienced Facilities Supervisor & Fleet Coordinator to join the team on a full time and permanent basis, the role offers brilliant progression and development opportunities as well as the chance towork for such a reputable company.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Scheduling all facilities related visits and supervising contractor site visits
- Selecting appropriate vendors, qualifying them and managing all related purchase orders and invoices as well as managing the facilities cost centre budget
- Support and coordinate all health and safety requirements for the site and suggesting and supporting continuous office improvements
- Dealing with all facilities requirements and making sure everything runs smoothly
- Managing the onsite receptionist
Requirements:
- Previous facilities management experience is essential
- Qualifications gained working within a facilities management environment
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
