Maze Fire Consulting are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic BIM and Innovations specialist to join an exciting start-up company to lead and develop BIM standards and support innovation and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Support design team to setup and manage projects at a BIM level including BIM coordination
• Develop Engineering BIM processes and standards
• Assist various project teams with BIM implementation and management on projects
• Develop and incorporate Quality Management System requirements across a range of platforms
• Work with engineers to develop the efficient production of highquality visualisation from architectural models
• Support the design team producing technical packages in both 2D and 3D environments (AutoCAD and Revit) with embedded information in line with developed standards and protocols
• Attending BIM Coordination meetings to collaborate and integrate design requirements with architectural teams
• Work with digital innovation team to develop automated designs and bespoke tools for fire engineering calculations.
• Assist in maintaining the Digital Standard documentation and support job submissions and tenders.
• Train staff members in the use of Revit
