Job Purpose
To carry out inspection of components, design data, internal workmanship, according to standards and contract requirements. Be self-motivated and professional in approach with a can-do attitude. Must have in depth experience working within an ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality system. Good understanding of AS9102 F.A.I.R. activities required. Knowledge of PcDmis 2018 software knowledge an advantage.

Key Accountabilities/Duties

Assist in the preparation and completion of quality documentation

  • Implement and maintain agreed quality procedures
  • Understand manual inspection techniques and where required be hands on
  • Notify the Line Supervisor of any quality issues
  • Maintain component traceability systems
  • Carry out regular inprocess and final inspections
  • Perform CMM Inspection and produce FAI reports
  • Inspect composite tooling to design data
  • Enter appropriate records into QA and Production databases
  • To support production in meeting delivery targets
  • Support of internal/external audits and visits
  • 5s and cleanliness of working areas
  • Any other reasonable duties as required
  • Fully comply with Company Policies including Health and Safety at all times.

You will be offered a full-time contract which comes with a competitive salary. The role is 40 hours per week. Standard shifts are 8 hour per day, Monday to Friday.
