GCU (UK) Ltd is currently looking for an Utilities Supervisor to join our team.

As an Utilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring civil infrastructure projects, overseeing specific activities such as all works that would be required to build a fibre network.

You will be involved in a mix of office work and on-site work, managing civils gangs and ensuring that all aspects of the construction work are controlled and managed efficiently.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Controlling all aspects of the construction works
Keeping the project adequately resourced with plant and materials
Monitoring and controlling all aspects of H&S & Quality by carrying out random audits
Controlling and managing inhouse/subcontractors
Keeping accurate records of production by marking up drawings
Providing reports on all noncompleted and completed works, etc.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience, NRSWA accreditation/CSCS Supervisors card, and good experience in organising/managing people.

You must also adhere to company KPIs in a timely manner.
