Events Coordinator - London, United Kingdom - Starknet Foundation
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, hacker houses, and dinners.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned with our goals.
- Monitor event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Support onsite event management, including setup, coordination and breakdown.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to promote events and manage attendee registrations.
- Evaluate event success and provide detailed reports on outcomes.
- Lead sales and delivery of sponsorships for Starknet Foundationowned events.
- Support our DevRel team with regional events, including invoices, tracking and success metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
- Experience with web3 technology is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed to manage and oversee events.
