Position Overview:

As a Graduate Associate specializing in channel partners, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in managing a sales office.

Your primary focus will be to support the channel partner team, learn about our offline marketing strategies, and gradually progress into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the channel partner team to understand partner acquisition strategies and support partnership initiatives.
• Assist in the identification and onboarding of potential channel partners by conducting research and participating in outreach activities.
• Learn about the agency's offline campaign strategies, market trends, and best practices through training sessions and onthejob learning.
• Shadow and support senior team members in partner negotiations, presentations, and sales activities.
• Analyze market data, prepare reports, and contribute insights to enhance partner engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, particularly in the marketing industry.
