    What You'll Do:

    Customs Documentation and Processing:

    • Prepare and manage all customs documentation for shipments.

    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with all customs regulations.

    • Submit and process documents with customs authorities promptly.



    Compliance and Regulation:

    • Stay updated with the latest customs regulations and requirements.

    • Ensure all shipments meet these requirements and resolve any compliance issues.

    • Advise clients on customs regulations and ensure their shipments comply.



    Data Management and Reporting:

    • Enter and manage shipment details in our tracking systems.

    • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely clearance.

    • Prepare regular reports on shipment statuses and customs clearance activities.



    Client and Customs Communication:

    • Communicate with customs officials to resolve any issues or delays.

    • Liaise with clients to provide updates on their shipments and offer guidance on customs procedures.

    • Handle more complex client inquiries and provide expert advice.



    Team Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Work closely with other team members to streamline customs clearance processes.

    • Train and support junior staff or trainees in customs clearance procedures.

    • Participate in team meetings and lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency.



    What We're Looking For:


    • Strong interest in logistics and customs clearance.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to work independently and in a team.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customs clearance software.

    • A minimum of 1 year experience in customs clearance is required.

    • Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures is an advantage.
