The role is to provide administrative support for the Parkinsons and Neurological specialists nurses who work within the Community. You will be working within a friendly team, of specialist nurses.Many of the patients have communication difficulties and others will have cognitive issues, so you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to confidentiality and sensitive issues.
Our services cover a number of neurological conditions. You will be working between the community and hospital teams, as we work within an Integrated service
The role requires autonomy, efficiency and excellent knowledge of SystmOne, eCare and communication with external Trusts as well as excellent IT skills.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, booking clinics, transcription of clinic letters, ordering supplies, case load reviews, processing of post, both paper and electronic.
