Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for a deputy manager within a medium sized privately ran nursing home. This home offers high quality nursing and residential care for our elderly community. The home is based in a rural area with picturesque viewson spacious grounds.

Being privately ran, this would be a good opportunity to work for a small company where there is chance to progress.

This role would be ideal for someone looking to progress into a deputy manager role or someone already working as a deputy manager looking for a change.

To be considered for the deputy role, you are required to have a valid NMC pin and have 'right to work'within the UK.

The pay for this role is higher than most competitors which makes this role highly appealing.

What Experience do I need:

Experience of leading & managing a team, ideally within a management role within a nursing home.
Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk health & safety requirements related to running a ward and infection control.
Comfortable working with local authorities
Understanding of the regulations and legislation within the care profession
Understanding of CQC, national minimum standards and key care principles

As a Registered Nurse you will have;

Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
