Are you great with people, very organised, and passionate about patient care with an interest in Fertility and Gynaecoogy? Our Fertility IVF service is seeking a dynamic, proactive and highly motivated individual to join the administrative team as an IVF Private Pathway Coordinator.
You will be an integral member of the team providing effective day-to-day clerical support and supervision to facilitate the smooth running of our service, with scope to develop your career.
Gynaecology provides a wider range of general and specialist care; Fertility is one of them and based at Hammersmith Hospital
Duties include improvement service, supervision, covering your NHS Pathway coordinator colleague, training clinical and non clinical staff members, general clerical duties such as booking of appointments and answering telephone calls.
The post holder is also expected to work in conjunction with medical records guidelines, Trust policies and HFEA regulatory; with the movement of case-notes around the Trust, the provision of, preparation maintaining up to date electronic records.
This post is a full time basis of 37.5 hours per week and on-site.Interviews will be face to face week commencing 3 rd June 2024 with an assessment on the day.
- To prepare invoices for private patients ensuring that Trust standing financial instructions are adhered to and that billing is carried out appropriately.
- To deal with any queries relating to private patient billing
- Accurate data recording as per our HFEA
- To participate in the smooth running of the Wolfson Fertility Centre administration offices, providing a professional customer focussed service
- To be responsible for the efficient administration of the Wolfson Fertility Centre administration team. To supervise a small team of staff and to ensure that best practise is adhered to as per our Trust's policies
- To be a contact point for all private and donation queries relating to the day to day running of the Wolfson Fertility Centre.
