Are you a Complex Care Support Worker looking for a new role in the community?

We are looking for a team of dedicated and experienced individuals who can support our client who has a spinal cord injury in the comfort of there own home in the Colchester area.

Due to the nature of the clients needs, this role is for FEMALE applicants only.
Our client needs round the clock care on a 2:1 basis.

Support will start at the end of August so you must be able to commit to starting within this time frame.

Shift patterns will be on a 12-hr rotation.

Are you a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person centred care? Do you believe you can make a positive impact to our clients lives? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a Permanent or 0-hour contract basis.

You will need to have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as:

Tracheostomy care
Cough Assist
Ventilation management
Oral suctioning
Bowel management
Nebuliser (NEB)
Medications

You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car.
