***: This position reports directly to the VP Sales / Interim General Manager EU, works independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Requires knowledge of the Operating Company and Corporate policies and procedures.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provides wide range of complex office administration and support to company GM and EU Leadership Team.
  • Serves as principal administrative contact and liaison with the senior leaders.
  • Develops, implements, and administers office systems and procedures.
  • Establishes, interprets, and communicates office procedures and policies
  • Monitors and prepares budgets and spreadsheets. Tracks expenditures, provides reports, and reconciles accounts using budgeting tools.
  • Prepares financial reports using internal systems. Serves as an approver for financial transactions
  • Reviews, assesses, routes, answers and monitors follow up action steps on correspondence.
  • Drafts and sends internal communications on behalf of the GM and leadership team.
  • Serves as principal contact and source of information for customers, leadership team and associates.
  • Manages complex calendars, meetings and travel, including both domestic and international arrangements.
  • Coordinates events, including the annual Sales Kick Off Meeting, periodic leadership outings and companywide engagement activities.
  • Purchases and maintains inventory of supplies for office.
  • Performs internet research work and summarizes findings in support of presentations and events.
  • Creates and maintains filing system(s).




TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES:
(REQUIRED)


  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
  • Ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education or Experience (in years):


  • Bachelor Degree preferred, or an equivalent of education plus experience in an office environment.
  • Five plus years related experience with proven office administration and customer service skills
  • Solid working knowledge of office processes and business policy development
  • Experience with various computer software and electronic communications tools.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and experience providing complex administrative support in a highprofile environment with tact and diplomacy.
  • Budget management experience and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work across teams maintaining a variety of projects and constituencies.

Knowledge and skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to gain followership and drive results
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation creation skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work closely with entire leadership team to drive engagement throughout the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to maintain multiple projects and responsibilities on time.
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a matrix organization
  • Action oriented individual who is highly proactive at solving problems and obtaining results.
  • Passion around continuous improvement, measuring results and problem solving.
  • Team player who can work well across a global organization.
  • Willingness to learn the complexities of working in a Diagnostic industry where compliance to regulation is a must.

Other:


  • Travel minimum 20% regional and some international travel is required.
  • Must be fluent in English another regional language is a plus.
