Position Overview:

We are looking for a
Warehouse Assistant to join our busy branch in Chandlers Ford, Hants.

The primary objective of the role is to accurately pick goods for our customers and branches. The role involves manual lifting.

Key Objectives:

Pick customer and branch orders
Maintain a safe working environment
Ensure outgoing pallets are stacked safely and correctly to minimise breakages
Maintain good housekeeping and ensure company property, including stock, is looked after
Conduct weekly and daily cleanliness rota
Put away goods as well as customer/store returns (sometimes heavy items)
Enthusiastic & presentable with a keenness to learn & develop
Strong communication skills
Able to build good working relationships with managers & colleagues & work collaboratively
Takes a proactive approach to achieve personal and branch objectives
Helpful, with good attention to detail

Salary:
£23,145K pa. + Productivity Incentives

Location:
Chandlers Ford, Hants, UK

Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am -5pm & 13 Saturdays pa. 9am-12pm (paid at higher rate)

Holiday: 28 days, increasing each year of service to max 33 days
