Location:
Newbury (up to 2 days remote working)
Salary:
£35,000 to £45,000 per annum (+Mobile Phone allowance), dependant on skill set and certifications.

As an IT MSP who are technology specialists within the hospitality sector, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Team as a Service Delivery Manager, supporting a range of high-end hospitality & SME clients.
Netteam currently have Offices in Newbury,Manchester and a team of field engineers working out of London, and you could become part of their growing team.
The Role:
We are looking for a Service Delivery manager who can be the central point of contact between our clients, 3rd party Technology vendors and our project team.
Management of PMS, POS, Revenue & Payment hospitality implementations/upgrades, alongside TV solutions, Network, WIFI, CCTV & Voice projects.
To be considered for this position you will haveexperience of technology across the hospitality sector, alongside IT Service Delivery or IT Project Management, with a proven track record of customer/vendor management.
Working with the Projects Team you will be assigned several small, medium, and large Hospitality customers that you will manage.
Ideally you will have a technical background and have a good understanding of Hospitality Solutions including the core elementsof PMS & POS technologies.
As a confident and outgoing Service Delivery Manager you will be comfortable owning the technical & commercial change process and negotiating scope.
In addition to acting as the first point of contact for escalations, you will also conduct service reviewsand assist with client contract renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams
- Point of contact for a number of hospitality clients
- Ensure all project related decisions and actions are captured and acted upon in line with standard processes and policies
- Plan, monitor and manage costs, timelines and resources for successful delivery
- Provide accurate reporting and updates to all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure risks and issues are effectively managed and necessary actions taken to ensure a satisfactory resolution
- Manage any project dependencies and impacts across business functions, liaising with other project team members as required
- Monitor SLAs both internally and externally, and ensuring any breaches, failures or incidents are escalated and handled appropriately
- Oversee the transition from a project into BAU
- Perform Project close down procedures, to ensure the project is reviewed, lessons learnt workshop completed, all information captured to support future projects
- Ensure the projects team are communicated with and fully informed at all times
- Take ownership of client escalations, liaising with both internal teams and vendors where necessary
About you:
Skill and Attributes:
- Experience of delivering IT projects
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong communicator and encourager of collaborative working styles
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple work items at one time
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a client facing role strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate diplomatically with clients, internal business partners, team members, vendors and other key stakeholders
- A strong desire to understand your assigned client's business environment and motivation
- Flexibility with proven ability to work in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
- Financial / commercial understanding
Key Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle as some projects will require you to work from client sites
- Must have proven knowledge and experience of working with Hospitality partners such as Oracle.
