Description

We are looking for a building manager to facilitate the safe, efficient operation alongside continued development in a tenant facing role for a research and development facility in Sandwich.

The park has ambitious plans to become a world leader in its field,so this role has plenty of opportunity to progress and thrive in a positive, exciting and prestigious environment.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Building and maintaining relationships with tenants
Work in partnership with integral departments to develop robust procedures to effectively manage tenant communications, queries and requests
Undertake periodic inspections and audits to identify and address maintenance and H&S issues in the building
Undertake audits of all lab tenant activities to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
To provide governance over works happening within the building
Develop safe operating procedures in relation to all building common areas
