We are looking for a capable Workplace Experience Executive with a strong desire to improve today and tomorrow's world.


The Role


As an Internal Workplace Executive, you'll get involved in a mix of activities from delivering best performing environments to management of change initiatives, plus standardising our facilities across the UK property estate.

We have some key transformational milestones from now until 2026 and beyond, from Technology advancements to re-definition of standards for our workplaces.


Your main responsibilities are to manage our
AutoCAD DWG's and
Design spaces for our colleagues across our portfolio, you will also be required to review our
Staff Occupancy Data and how
Utilised our estate is.

You will also be required to deliver
Moves & Changes in accordance with our drive to improve our Colleague engagement strategies.


You will soon build up a strong network of internal relationships with colleagues at all levels, from our management committee, operational colleagues and mostly our property team.


You will be responsible for changing elements of how we operate in the future and be encouraged to unleash your creativity in enhancing new technology and development in this sector.

In fact, the range of initiatives you will be involved in will continually develop your skills not just as a professional, but in other abilities such as managing partners, being resilient, influencing skills and decision making, ensuring that everything we do as a company is right for our people.


Duties will include -

  • CAD / CAFM support and maintenance. Ensure that BA Property Services portfolio database is maintained to an appropriate level of accuracy, this data is fundamental to efficient delivery of BAU MAC's.
  • Successful delivery and management of MAC (Moves & Changes)
  • Workplace feasibility studies to support the business, but also supporting other contractors
  • Design advice
  • Furniture design assistance and specification
  • Space planning (from traditional office furniture, to ground handling equipment and aircraft manoeuvring)
  • Site surveys & audits (this includes a requirement to work at airside location various airports, therefore appropriate security ID passes/clearance will be required)
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role.
