Company Description:

CSK Building Services is a Northwest based mechanical services contractor, frequently undertaking works such as Heating & Cooling, Plumbing, Above Ground Drainage and Commercial Gas Installations.

We operate nationwide within the Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality & Educational Sectors.

The successful applicant will join a small friendly team working on large and small commercial projects across UK.


The Applicant must have knowledge within the following areas.

• Commercial Plumbing
• Above Ground Drainage
• Heating And Cooling
• Commercial Gas Work
• Planned Maintenance

Main Responsibilities:

• Reading, Understanding and working from detailed design drawings
• Completing sitebased material take offs and relaying to the office team.
• Completing weekly site progress reports and updating the company directors.
• General day to day sitebased project management.
• Organising and leading a sitebased team throughout different stages of projects.
• Ensuring all sitebased H&S Documents are upto date.
• Liaising with the sitebased client teams in relation to general site operations, Progress, Dependencies, Scope Changes & Variations and relaying to the company directors.

More about the role:

Our company operating hours are between 7.30am - 4.00pm altho overtime may be required through different stages of projects.

• Personal tool account available to assist in the purchasing of hand tools, this will be debited at £15pw.
• All Workwear and PPE will be supplied.
• Holiday pay (28 days which will include bank holidays), 5 of the holidays must be retained for the Christmas period. All other holidays will require 4 weeks' notice.
• Plan, implement, manage and complete construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals.
• Adhere to relevant safety regulations.
• Leadership Skills Overseeing engineers from project start to completion.
• Good communication skills to be able to liaise with other operatives.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license.
• Be prepared to work overtime and weekends when needed, dependant on the project.
• Have excellent time keeping skills.

Salary:
£41,600.00-£45,760.00 per year
