Here at Vital Energi we are working across a large variety of sectors, and are at the forefront of delivering efficient low carbon energy solutions across the public / private residential, industrial, retail and commercial sectors throughout the UK.

Operating in a rapidly expanding market for Heat and Power Solutions as one of the UK's market leaders; we design, install, operate and maintain environmentally friendly energy generation and energy distribution systems.

Regionally based from our Office in London and working across a variety of sites inside the M25 with the exception of Plymouth, we are currently recruiting for a
Safety, Health Environmental & Quality Advisor to join our team.

The Role

Organisation, control, monitoring, review, and maintenance of the preventive and protective measures in place for delivery of works associated with the construction

- installation and commissioning of plant and infrastructure allied with energy centre buildings, photo voltaic panels, air and ground heat source pumps and other green energy solutions

District Heating systems and ongoing Operations and Maintenance activities.

The role requires a collaborative approach to working with our project teams (contractors and direct employees), and mentoring and coaching personnel to accomplish implementation of SHEQ requirements for the Scotland based delivery teams.

The Person
NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma qualified, ideally you should be able to demonstrate:

Experience within similar positions, preferably with an in-depth understanding of CDM through previous involvement in construction projects
Excellent communication skills
The ability to prepare high quality written reports following site visits, incident investigations etc.
Firstrate understanding of health, safety and environment processes, standards, and techniques to drive continual improvement
Ability to organise and selfmotivate in order to selfmanage time & diaries
Good problem solving skills
A full clean UK Driving License
