Responsibilities - assisting with:
- Processing of banking
- Internal and external post
- Direct Debit campaign
- Collection CC payments
- Invoicing
- General administrative duties, including scanning and filing
- Credit Control processes
- Posting supplier invoices
- Reconciling accounts
- Compliance
- General house keeping
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in finance and accounting
- Competent in MS Excel & Word
- Proficient IT Skills
- Above all, excellent attitude and willingness to learn are essential
